Kat-320 was a SPARTAN-II Commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command. She fought with Noble Team during the Battle of Reach in 2552.

• In the Halo: Reach Video Games Awards Trailer, she can be seen using a robotic prosthetic that has replaced her right arm. Whether she lost the arm during combat, or as a result of the augmentation procedures, is unknown.
• Kat-320 is the second female-Spartan-II to be shown in the Halo video games, the first being Alice-130.
