If you missed out on PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) 2009, well then you missed out. Located in downtown Seattle, the three-day game festival for tabletop, videogame and PC gamers kicked off on September 3rd. They call it a festival because in addition to dedicated tournaments and freeplay areas they had nerdcore concerts, panel discussions, the weekend-long Omegathon event, and an exhibitor hall filled with booths displaying the latest from top game publishers and developers. So not only do you get to play un-released games, but you get to hang out with people who truly know their videogame shit.
