Halo 3…Return of the Spartan

Halo 3’s  picks up 2 weeks after the end of Halo 2. The story centers on the interstellar war between 26th century humanity, led by the United Nations Space Command (UNSC), and a collection of alien races known as the Covenant. Like in Halo 2, The Arbiter is on our side, this time fighting right along with us. Unlike Halo 2, we only play as Master Chief John 117, battling what’s left of the Covenant, the Flood and ending up blasting 343 Guilty Spark with a Spartan Laser to the face. (more…)

Halo 3: Rearmament

Here is another Live action trailer for the Halo series. This one features the UNSC rearming their facilities. We get a sneak peak of the ODST’s as well as a pretty sweet BR and Magnum scene.

The Halo 3 Live Action Trailer is over 4 minutes of perfection. Unlike the other fanmade trailers, this one contains the full package including live action scenes and cinematics. This is, by far, the best it can get.

Halo 2…A New Breed

Halo 2 hit stores on November 9 2004 and was an immediate success. With over 1.5 million pre-orders alone, Halo 2 broke records in first-person shooter sales beating out Goldeneye for the top title with over 8 million units sold.

Halo 2 continues the trend of UNSC Spartan Master Chief John 117 blowing the covenant into little bits of gelatinous alien goo, but this time he is not alone through these 13 playable levels. The Arbiter, recently banished from command post joins Master Chief in an attempt to stop the High Prophets: Truth, Mercy and Regret as well as the Brute Chieftain Tartarus from firing the Halo rings and destroying all that lives. With new vehicles such as the Gauss Cannon firing Warthog and finally the ability to carry an Energy Sword Halo 2 gave us a whole new game starring the same old hero. Besides the storyline, Halo 2 also brought us 2 major features that have changed our Halo lives forever.

Halo: Combat Evolved

Way back when in November of 2001, Bungie and Microsoft gifted us the beginning of one of the greatest battles ever fought. Where humans and the Covenant battle for the planet called Earth.

Halo: Combat Evolved (commonly known as Halo or Halo 1) is a first-person shooter (FPS) launched with the original Xbox before the holiday season of 2001. Halo: CE introduced us to UNSC Spartan Master Chief John 117 and his AI occupant Cortana as well as 343 Guilty Spark,  fan favorite Sergeant Avery Johnson and of course the future Arbiter: Supreme Commander Thel Vadam.
